Not having won a playoff game since Super Bowl XXXVII was beginning to bug fans and owners alike in Tampa as the 2008 season unfolded. But despite some offensive problems in the redzone, the Bucs found themselves 9-3 and in control of their own destiny for home field advantage. What no-one expected was a four-game losing streak that saw the once-proud Tampa defense get run all over. And less than a month later, Jon Gruden's reign as head coach came to an end.
