The Bucs held Chicago to under 250 yards of total offense but still ended up losing as they could not move the ball in the final two minutes when needing only a fieldgoal to win. Chris Chandler replaced the injured Vinny Testaverde and threw a scoring pass to Bruce Hill, but to no avail.
