Thanks to seven turnovers, this one was a massacre. Vinny was out with turf toe and Chris Chandler didn't exactly set the world on fire.
Andy Frampton flew all the way to the West Coast to watch this debacle as well, the second loss in a row that would eventually become a six-game losing streak after the Bucs' 4-2 start to the season.
The last three Charger TDs all came on drives of less than 35 yards thanks to the Bucs' generosity.
