Dave Wilson led the Saints to their first win of the season with a pair of first half TD passes and the Bucs fell to 0-3 in spite of James Wilder's seventh straight 100-yard rushing game.
Jerry Bell had his best receiving game as a pro but the Bucs could get no closer than seven points on Steve DeBerg's 4th quarter TD pass to Gerald Carter.
