| GAME REPORT |
The Cincinnati Bengals were so unimpressed with their 21-0 win over the Buccaneers that they didn't even bother to award game balls. Coaches and players alike figured a three-touchdown victory at home against a winless expansion team wasn't much to shout about. "It was just a ball game" shrugged coach Bill Johnson who had seen his team go into the game as 21 point favourites. John McKay's take on the game:" We get penalised every five seconds. I think we played better than we have been playing."
